Dubious situation before. Was watching a film with the other half, 11:30 we get a knock at the door and as it was late I looked out the window first before opening the front door and saw someone rushing back into a car outside my house (lights on, engine running and driver sat in it) and then they drive off.

My mind is now running along two possible reasons..

a mix-up, where they realise they're at the wrong house

or

They wanted to see if anyone was in... and were planning to do the place over.

If you got a good view of the man and car, let the cops know out of public duty.

Was pitch dark outside and my street isn't particularly well lit. I've been planning on getting a notion sensor light fitted for a while... Need to get on that now i think
