Are we really saying that being wealthy makes you immune to hardship? Like when they miscarried that was okay because they have money?
Who saying that?

You have to remember that money is literally the only thing that matters to the Tory soul. Then it makes sense. Are we really saying that being wealthy makes you immune to hardship? Like when they miscarried that was okay because they have money?

What's wrong with you, for real? It’s just different. 47 years ago we lost what at the time would have been our second child through a miscarriage. It wasn’t nice but there were other priorities to deal with, raising our first child, working all the hours we could to pay a mortgage and pay for food, so it got put aside and we continued. Eventually we had another three children. My point being that having little money meant that other things occupied what urgently needed to be done and left little time for dwelling on a miscarriage. Being rich would mean that those financial hardships and work wouldn’t even register and that the mind and emotions would have focused purely on the miscarriage and probable self pity or indeed depression. So it doesn’t make you immune, but it makes it different…still sad but different……
What's wrong with you, for real?
You seriously expect me to have to explain how "we were too busy working to mourn the miscarriage lmao" is a ridiculous take?I’m sure you are trying to make some point here, perhaps you could explain…..

It may be ridiculous to me because my neighbour killed himself when his wife suffered a miscarriage. It was going to be their 2nd child, first one was 3 or 4 at the time.It may be ridiculous to you but it was a fact of life for us at the time….

Both working class, exactly as you describe it, probably in fact working much harder than you.
But yeah, no time to mourn. Not sure if you're just living in your own head at this point mate, honestly bizarre.
