Thats a good thing, my 1 complaint the last 12months has been that he was on the slight side, hes bulking out really well, which will only help.

He also could do with imposing himself on games more, but the lads 19, I can overlook that.

He's definitely got something & if he doesn't go out on loan, he should get plenty of opportunities with the Europa & League Cup games.
 
saw more effort form him tonight to get the ball albeit for a short appearance ! another cracking goal tho ! maybe working with the 1st team a bit more might improve his work ethic ?
 

he offers something a tad different to the squad imo, i just can't see where he fits in. Interesting to see him line up on the right and lennon on the left, he definitely has more chance of getting in on the right hand side, if he gets a chance this season.
 
i went the match when he scored a hatrick season before last i think it was 3 wonder goals ! he kept scoring and looked like he would push or a 1st team spot ! never got it and then he stagnated. i wasnt impressed with that much in england u20's either but looked alright preseason may have had a think on it over the summer! and come back determined
 

Looks to have some confidence back and kicking on. The Ozil shouts are spot on, very clever player and glides past people.

The lad has more talent than Davies and is a more natural number 10 than Ross. Chuffed he is getting his chance.
 
If he's not ready to play in the "No.10 role" yet, I'd love to see him getting game time playing as the wife right attacker. Him cutting in with that magical left foot of his will get goals. Wicked shot on him and his technique is fantastic.
