I've been playing Football Manager in the recent few games and Kieran Agard is smacking them in (Well against Luton in the Cup and Aberdeen in the Europa League).

Does anyone know anything about this lid?

Will he amount to anything great?

Maybe, possibly. Looks like all young strikers do, full of running with a poor touch. Hes only a bin lid tho, who knows what he will become. Been banging them in for the ressies tho, so knows where the goal is.

Looks keen in real life and has bags of pace!

He handed in a transfer request on my football manager, so hes actually a money grabbing snide we should get rid of!:P:D

Can we please stop trying to cross the line between Football Manager and real life you bad, bad nerds.

Thing is mate, you don't realise that we are all part of one uber realistic game of football manager.

Ask that alien loving wool about it. We are mere freckles on the face of Bianca. We don't exist - apart from on a data string.

This.

As for Agard, he's really quick & direct & as Goat says, has been getting his share for the reserves. I saw him get a hattrick when the reserves played Tranmere for John Achterberg's testimonial, he took it well. It's hard to say what level he'll reach but he looks to have the raw ability, he came on against Chelsea for a few minutes & did a great run & challenge on a defender to take the pressure off our defence for a bit

EVERTON'S Kieran Agard is the latest striker to be linked with a move to Hearts with Csaba Laszlo weighing up a possible loan deal.

And former Manchester United and Rangers midfielder Bojan Djordjic may also be on Laszlo's radar after revealing he was aware of interest from the Tynecastle club.

Laszlo, who is looking to wrap up loan deals for strikers Izale McLeod and Steven MacLean this week, told the Edinburgh Evening News: "In the last couple of days, we have brought two players here and we must make a decision about this. Then we have one month to do something.

"Agard is still in my mind, and we also have other names who wish to come to us."

A loan move up to Scotland for Agard could be great for his development, I'm sure he'd come back a better player. While he may get 10 minutes here and there in the first team this season, it wouldn't compare to a decent run of starts up there. His pace alone could make him very effective against inferior SPL defences and he can start learning when and where to make more effective runs.

Hearts is a funny club mind, their owner makes Ken Bates look normal. Reports coming out of Scotland say that he has refused to sanction the other two strikers loans feeling they are "not worth the money" so I don't know if that makes it more or less likely that Agard will be heading to Tynecastle.

If AI gets the Tannadice hotseat I can see some of our younger players going there in the future and Craig Brown newly at Motherwell could also be an option.
