Try this, my mrs gets up at 4.15 am., does a 30 min exercise routine, then gets the juicer out. Juices one fresh pineapple (this for both of us).
Then combines the juice of (all fresh) carrot, green apple, ginger, celery and beetroot.
Then purees either apples & pears, or whatever stone fruit are in season. Adds to this in each bowl a 2 table spoons of freshley crushed mixed seeds.
On alternate days, she will make porridge topped with honey and thew seeds.
I take two calcium tablets and a thing that looks like a chocolate torpedo, (for my joints.)
Exercise to too hard 'cos I'm a lazy ****.
But I'm very healthy for my age, very rarely get sick with colds an all the nasty virus things that go around an my mrs (50) is so fit an' healthy, she squeaks!
