I don’t see any world in which a team would pay £30m for James Garner or over £10m for a winger that has 5 assists in 63 games
Also Tarkowski hasn’t really increased in value considering he was a free transfer

Yeah, he really is a £10-12m player, a winger who lacks pace, can dribble and pass a bit, but he can be wildly inconsistent much of the time.

And played in a better everton side than McNeil
