15 years practice will have them ready. Every top side does it.

I couldn't help myself. Anything that sees us have players who can actually progress to being a useful part of the squad would be a bonus. That's 2 players when we have a first team which is one of the worst in living memory. If I were a youth player I should be rubbing my hands at how easy it should be to fight for a first team place right now.

Nicholson is a very highly rated operator and a known admirer of the work David Unsworth has done in the academy. If anything I could imagine Unsy's rle will be enhanced further in the new set up.
