Kevin Mirallas

If honest he brought this on himself, the penalty debacle said a lot about him as a person.

It's all about Kevin, but guess that's what you get with this type of player

"It's all about Kevin"

Apart from the fact he had a t shirt dedicated to his friend that had just been killed and he was desperate to score to show it.

You have just made Lowste's point there, Joey.

Me and nearly 40,000 other Evertonians there that night couldn't have cared less about how "desperate" Kev was to score a goal so he could display a tee shirt bearing the dead player's name.

Even Lukaku, another friend of the deceased, was fuming when Kev demanded he take that penalty.

We just wanted to see our team win a football match and that fiasco didn't help the cause in any way.

It was the same the day he tried to break Suarez in the derby.

Oh sure, Suarez was fair game and we all laughed when Kev wasn't righteously red carded.

But you know what......we were trailing 2-1 at the time and Kev didn't give a monkey's that we could and should have been a man down.

Mirallas saw his opportunity for revenge and just steamed in regardless of the consequences for the team.

As Lowste says.....it's all about Kevin :)

That said, I am delighted he looks so much more up for the game this season.....if he maintains this form it will give us so much more in attack ;)

No it isn't when you score from open play

But when you take a penalty when you are not the recognised penalty taker it is a selfish act

I would rather Baines took the penalty and got the 3 points instead of him feeling good about himself

I wouldn't even bother arguing the the point, Lowste.

Joey is just winding you up

No sensible person would argue that Mirallas missing a penno he was not supposed to take is justifiable on the grounds that he wanted to "honour" a dead mate.

Leastways I hope not

You've called his attempt to dedicate a goal to a friend who's died a "vanity project" in the past and also said Naismith offered more of a threat.

You've got a cheek saying somebody is on a wind up in this thread TBH

OHHHHH KEVIN MIRAAAALLAS!
