He needs to get that head up and play for the team more.

Here's a better idea.

He himself takes responsibility for his own play and tries to make himself a better player thereby increasing both his own and Everton's attacking threat.

And Belgium's as well if he manages to succeed.......which he most certainly has the ability to do.

Sounds good to me.

Interesting that he makes no mention of Martinez, ha. But glad to see he wants to stay. He's still only 28 and it's tough to find goalscoring wingers.

It's Del. Del is inconsistent but unlike our other players he still creates chances when he's playing badly. It amazed me that RM wasn't playing him more often.

He should have just told Coleman to hang back more often and let Del do his thing with the ball imo.

Interestingly enough Kone is statistically our 2nd more productive player going forwards, in ahead of Mirallas.

That's stats look a bit off, Mirallas is 149 mins, Kone 178 mins & Deulofeu 108 mins.
 
He was brilliant in the last match of the season. I think he will kick on and stay to play for the new manager now that Martinez is gone. How can Kone and Cleverley started ahead of Kev last season? Mirallas shall always be a starter.

Didn't realise he was still that young. Keep him happy and we can get at least 3 more very good years out of him
 
Probably only a small thing this but I sit in the Family Enclosure right by the dugout. As he was going down the tunnel at the end of the game, everyone was singing the Mirallas chant and I've never seen the guy look happier, big beaming smile. I actually don't hate Martinez as much as some but the way Kev has been handled has been very poor; perhaps under a new manager he can peak again and show us why he's dead boss at footie.

Can't wait for him to get sent off 4 minutes into the first game of next season.
 
He's probably delighted to see the back of the manager who preferred Kone and Niasse in front of him, which just goes to show either they had a rift or that Martinez was completely clueless.
