the problem is martinez will be seen as a relegated manager to the top players, he is off IMO would love him to stay as he's my favourite player but thats the way club is going imo scary times ahead

That's why I opposed the idea of appointing Martinez before and people have a go at me.

Let's see if we can keep our best players before 31st August.

Might also be seen as a manager who won a trophy with a very small club which is a great effort.

You need help.

Or a change of pastime.

You can get tablets that work really well for depression and paranoia.

no-one asking for a transfer, all under contract, we can keep hold them. will we? well if we all think small time then why should the board be different

Agree and let's wait and see if all our best players will stay put or not.

yes, can we please. they don't actually leave that often. last time possibly one of our best players left was Lescott (sad to say I think Arteta was a long way of being one of our best at point he left). before that...... maybe Rooney. but how much energy do we waste worrying about it

You should listen to Talksport then they already sold half our team and tipped us for relegation.

Just relax and what will be will be.

problem is mate is despite being around the top 6 we have a perception of being punching aove our weight plucky everton, would mirallas/felliani be so open about moving if he was a spurs player? or even liverpool player? no because they have a big club perception whereas we dont. A lack of financial strength obviously creates this perception but no one in the club openly looks to change that, where's the big mouth sound as a pound everton version of aldo hyping us up? or the EFC manager telling the media we are a big club who should be keeping its players, rather than the knife to a gun fight crap, or nev's ****e he come out with a few months ago. Until we change our perception our geniuine top quality players will think they can talk openly in the media about moving away

He was talking up a move to Spain or Standard Liege one day when Moyes was still here.

Nothing to do with us appointing Martinez you gang of brain deads.

Yeh, cause if we'd have got that Porto man in, or someone else Champions League would have been 100% guaranteed for us next season
