The only way this is remotely like Ramsey is the fact its Everton and Arsenal involved.

Not only have Arsenal made the first offer this time, the player has come out and said Everton is preferred destination, less then 24 hours ago, after being watched by Moyes.

If he doesn't sign today, then I'm pretty sure its off, as theres no reason for a delay otherwise.

i think this deal is pretty much done and he will be Everton. Is Arsenal interested? I think so because he said they contacted his agent.

I'd like relax a bit more if i knew we'd had a bid accepted... or actually made a bid in the first place. I am worried we are still in our perennial "pondering" and "mulling" stage.
