I doubt the Arsenal interest is that serious, his agent might be using it to force our hand and offer better terms.

Arsenal would have had it sorted last week, they did not have to wait for the sale of RVP.

He's done that, once, even then Henry was still a striker aswell.

Adebayor, VP, Bendtner, Giroud, Podolski all strikers....


Anyone ever thought that Giroud and Podolski are RVP's replacement(s)

Exactly, Arsenal have known for months and months RVP was going, just a matter of time, so they got their replacements in with the possible bonus of having RVP aswell incase something went tits up.

fair play to the OP as he knew about the interest before anyone else, but you just cant see this one happening now can you? if you are realistic, for me there is no chance

Its not hard to work out either, Could anyone see Arsenal having Cazorla, RVP, Giroud, Podolski, Walcott and Ox-Chamberlain in the same 11? Lets face it, would never happen. Which is why we have a good chance in signing MIralles, he's almost guranteed a cahnce in RM, somewhere Moyes has identified as ****e.... If he were go to arsenal, he'd be on the bench and even be lucky to get minutes.

The lad himself has said that Everton offer playing every week, where as Arsenal havent.
