Lukaku = cratered at United, punted to Serie A
Mirallas = punted to Antwerp

Lukaku best season was under Koeman, 25 goals.

I think we have Ronald to thank for making him the striker he was and getting such a big return on him.

Good deal for all parties I reckon! Now let’s see if we can persuade mr Bolasie to head off somewhere else too?

Kevin Mirallas appears transfer free from Everton! The 60-fold Red Devil has just signed a contract for 1 season! Welcome Kevin

FROM EVERTON
Kevin Mirallas has completed a free transfer move to Royal Antwerp on a one-year contract following seven seasons at Goodison Park.

Belgian Mirallas returns to his homeland after making 186 appearances and scoring 38 goals for Everton.

The attacker, who played 30 matches on loan in Italy with Fiorentina last season, joined Everton in summer 2012 from Greek side Olympiakos – where he had a temporary spell in 2017/18.

He was previously with French clubs Lille and Saint-Etienne after graduating through the youth system with Standard Liege in Belgium.

Mirallas, 31, had arguably his finest Goodison campaign in 2013/14 when he was directly involved in 17 goals – scoring eight – to help Everton secure a top-five Premier League finish.

Capped 60 times by his country, Mirallas joins an Antwerp side which has won three of its opening four games to sit fifth in the Belgian top-flight.

Anyone can go backwards when he is reaching 30.

Ron is like 26 and in his prime.
He's a big arsed galoot who still cant play back to goal. It's never changing for him. Great at getting into acres of space behind defenders and slotting from there...anything else he's nowhere near top class.

We built a whole team around servicing him and he served us well in return. No other outfit is doing that for him.

Lets be honest here... 'Romelu Lukaku' is a great name, he scored some good goals for us when we had the other nine outfield players trying to set him up. Since he left we have become a better team overall, with the exception perhaps of his position. I really don't care where he goes next or who/how he plays unless its against us.
