McGeady's pretty well known, i am a fan but i think he would cost too much now for what he would give you. If he doesnt move to the Prem in the next two seasons i cant see him fulfilling his potential. He would take time to adjust to the Prem i think and wouldnt be an immediate hit, persoally i would prefer we spent the money on a Downing, Lennon, SWP. The fact O Neill hasnt been in for his at Villa for me speaks volumes.

No real up and coming players in the senior team bar Stokes (Sunderland) and Long (Reading). Neither have really lived up to their billing as yet and dont think either is for us. Worth a put may be Andy Keogh at Wolves he would definitely be a fans favourate, i really like Hunt as well but hes more of a cult figure rather then a player you would anticipate taking us to the next level.

Some players who have impressed me in the U 21's have been Garvin at Ipswich who i can see having a Prem future, Supple also Ipswich is a promising keeper and O Halloran a really stylish full back whos at Villa.

I've seen him play. Nice little player, tidy in possession and has good potential. I'm not sure if he's physically ready yet though.

He must be injured then, according to Moyes him and Howard where the only players missing this week.

I heard Antunes played left back, I thought Valente might have been on the bench.

Paulo Ferreira from Chelsea will be the one alongside Antunes for the spot.
