If it happens, this is a very good signing. I have some Fulham mates and they say he is outstanding and works very hard. They are worried about him leaving and say he’s one of the best all time value signings.

When the Walker links started, it suddenly became clear that we were looking for a low cost choice at right back. As the available options go, I think this was the best one. I'd hope this will allow us to sell Patterson and then address the right back position for the longer term maybe next summer or even invest in a younger RB this summer if budget allows. Sensible. Fulham fans largely seem very disappointed about this.

Right wing and strikers are going to be our big out lays in terms of money. No point us spending loads on our defence. We already have one of the best defences on the league. Loans or frees at the back, this summer.
