Did you watch Everton at all last season? We rely on Baines so much to create chances.

The amount of money we would get for Fellaini would mean we could feasibly buy two or three very good players.
We have to keep hold of Baines no matter what.

Oveido is LM, ideally as a long term replacement for Pienaar.

1st paragraph-- 'relied' on baines...thats last season under a different manager.

2nd paragraph -- Yes but we lose someone who we can keep for a year or two (or longer) if we buy top players around him and improve as a team.

3rd paragraph -- No he's been a left back all his career. I think moyes played him further forward for the same reasons he did before with coleman.

Certainly we could improve the squad that way. But to me it's hard to put a price on one of the best LBs in the world, who's one of the leaders in the squad, one of the most creative players and seems to love playing for us... and is scouse.

Either way, if one of them goes let's just hope the money is wisely re-invested.

It's a tricky one...would love to keep both. I dont see it though, Moyes will increase up to 18-20 and he'll be off i think -- hes got evra unsettled now (vice captain) and the fans will want to see him get his targets (especially an ex player) and also he will have already spoken to baines and know our selling price.

Key business wise is age...football wise we need to improve the team...thats why id rather we took some risk instead of signing older players...

Whilst Kone had a really good season, proven goalscorer in the Prem, terrorised the EFC defence in games last season, and yet gets slated.
