And I've seen people say "he's not ready for the first team yet". I think this is a dangerous mindset because the best way players can develop is through throwing them in and getting experience.

Look at Anthony Gordon. Perhaps he wasn't "ready" but he's 10x the player now than he was.

Compared to Johnson, he isn't too far off either.

Although this season stats show that Potter has played as Left Winger and Attacking Midfielder.

Whereas, Johnson has been used as second striker and right winger.

Johnson has played a lot through the middle, well especially towards the end of the season
