Just how good will Vaughan be?

IMO we have a true gem in Vaughan. Like many have said he has it all - pace, power, and that killer instinct. He is as fast as AJ, but is equally comfortable as the targetman (remember the games in spring when he and AJ were leading the line).

I predict that he will be the top striker in England within two years - injuries permitting.

Hes not injury prone.

He gets stupid injuries because of his over enthusiasm, once he learns to curb his enthusiasm, he'll go on to bigger and better things and probably one day... in a Man Utd shirt

He's not injury prone! He's carried career threatening injuries since his career began. If he's not injury prone then who is?

I agree with everything thats already been said about vaughan.
But if you guys wanna get excited by another prospect on the way, research jose baxter!

I can't find anything official, but this is taken from another site.......

Date of Birth: 7th February 1992.
Place of Birth: Bootle, Liverpool
Position: Centre Forward

This is a 15 year old lad who finished top scorer in the Milk Cup. According to the academy director Ray Hall he is a much better player than Rooney was at 14/15. He has broken Patrick Kluiverts youth goalscoring records at International youth level and has broken Rooney, Rush and Owens records at club youth level. Also has secured himself with sponsorship from Nike, at the age of only 15.

He is hyped as the best prospect in the North West and even England has been courted by Man Utd and Chelsea.

The 15 year old lad, has represented Everton u18s at the age of 14, England u17s at the age of 14 and is sure to follow in Wayne Rooneys footsteps by making an impact on the Everton scene.

Certainly one to watch out for, started this season well for Everton u18s too scoring 4 goals in 3 matches. Two against Newcastle United at the weekend.

He's probably due to be wearing a "Once a blue always a blue" t-shirt soon then?

Back to Vaughan - since that first goal against Palace a couple of years ago, it's been abvious almost each time he plays that, if he can stay healthy, he will be one of the best all round forwards in the world. Just consider how effective he is playing in the PL. Now consider how little actual experience he has. Stay healthy for a couple of years - just imagine. He could cause players like Rio Ferdinand to retire early!

vaughan the next gary lineker...

hey even the makers of FM seem to agree about vaughan.....(see pic)

wouldn't that be superb.....
