Go advanced, select 'manage attachments', upload your image.
Has to be inside the file size/dimension paramaters though. Danny will know what those are.

Use the 'attachments' option in the thread options (when making a post scroll down) or simply use websites such as www.imageshack.us - upload the image and post the address it gives.

2. if the jpeg is coming directly from your computer click browse select the file then click upload.
3. However if your linking to another picture from a different website you click upload file from a URL. Type in the url location of the file..i've attached examples for you.
