If we pay sensible wages for 2 year deal with option for another year, I don’t see much downside. Yes he’s 29 but experienced in PL and the fee is 1/3 of what they wanted last year.

He can play down left (where he absolutely terrorised Coleman last game) or up top. It means we can play 2 up front, which we should do more often imo.
