He's tailor made for the prevailing Everton psyche (not pre-90's mind you), just not our current budget as he's now too spoiled these days, IMO. Look at the state of Man Utd just two years ago. He knows how to build a side that doesn't fear anyone.

I prefer Guardiola's style of football but admire Jose Mourinho more. What he did with Porto and Inter was phenomenal really.
