Jose Baxter

Football is a little bit like the British establishment. Forget qualifications and actual talent.
"What club were you at?"
"Everton"
"Great, you must be able to coach football."

Compare with
"What school did you go to?'
"I failed 8 GCSEs at Eton college"
"Great, you can run Thames Water, fancy a bonus?"
Man with a footballing background lands a job in football shocker.

It’s quite funny how little people know about our Club , many don’t appear to realise that he’s been a Coach within our Academy for a while , lately he’s been looking after our u16s, gaining more coaching experience and getting hie UEFA badges . Our 16s by the way have some of the most promising youngsters we’ve had for years, not down to Baxter as many have been at the club for years , but you don’t trust your potential future stars to someone without any ability. He was commentating on one of our u21games recently, very knowledgeable, I was half hoping he’d get promoted within the club , the fume level on GOT would have been immense.
Now he’s taking the chance to explore new horizons, get more experience, good on him.

Him and John Paul Kissock were meant to be the second coming of Wayne Rooney weren't they ?

And the boats and hoes guy, what happened to him ?

Feel like we haven't had any blag 'wonderkids' in a while.

Struggled really badly with his mental health, can't remember the reason.

But believe he had a child and turned his life around. Good for him

WTF?

He deserves to be a good booing. We could have a good transfer fee for him but he let his contract run down on purpose.

For all I despise about our Late Ex-Chairman, he saw how Jose kind of lost his way and saw it as an opportunity to help others not make the same mistakes.

Jose could have left it at that, but worked hard at it, so deserves any chance he gets. Good luck to him.
