Managers don’t stay at clubs 5-7 years any more,
At Everton they currently average 15 months.
Burnley and Bournemouth would go straight down if either of their managers left. They do if they're any good. Pochettino was at Spurs for 5 years. Klopp's in his fifth season now. Simeone has been at Atletico nearly a decade. Valverde is in his 4th year at Barca and would be getting an extension had the won the CL like they should have.
Even further down the food chain, Dyche and Howe have been at their clubs for ages now because they achieve what's asked of them. The clubs that constantly chop and change are the ones that usually sink away slowly (Sunderland, Swansea Watford, Southampton).
And he will be a free agent so no compensation to pay...Might be something in this..
Wont be available for a month
Hence not sacking Silva yet .
And jesus always turns up at Chrismas !
Only Alan Ball was as capable of that.Does he walk on water like the Latch?
Look at him go

He did not know them enough to get us a striker and centre half in the summer. At least he seems to have a personality Silva has none. Also he's won quite a bit in Portugal and Brazil. It would be a massive risk given it's hard to know how he would work in this league but Brands knows the south American leagues, so who knows.
Not just us being crap? The last time Benfica were that good Eusabio was playing.that was a really good Benfica side when you look back at that game
Think we are more reliant on a builder. He's 65, that in itself should make people realise this won't happen. The board want a manager who can take us to Bramley Moore, the fella may not even be still alive by then.
Funny for the shouts but a nonsense link.
