Seconds later the ball is back in the 6 yard box, he still hasnt moved from his line, and they score.

Given he has never tried to force a move to a CL club, has probably had loads of options, if Sunderland started finishing above us in the league, became generally safe in the PL, and having mini cup runs he’d be as well up there. Not saying they will, if TFG do things properly, but the fact that is even a thought/possibility to be entertained is scandalous. What are we doing here? It’s a joke.

Moves his feet and shows the confidence to go with his weaker arm in the correct situation. It will also have caught him by surprise as Rodgers has no right to hit the ball that well with zero backlift
