pickford will never get the credit he deserves because he hasn't played in the elite "champions league" competition

he pretty much would have won england their first major tournament since 1966 but because he hasn't played against olympiakos or club brugge he's somehow inferior to alisson

Read this article today. Total disgrace not even mentioning Pickford. Sure, I am biased but he has been the prime reason why we are still a Premier League club and for the dickheads who write this sort of stuff (and as has been pointed out by previous posts here) the evidence shows that he has not put a foot/hand (whatever) wrong while playing for England. In contrast to previous England's world class cohort of goalkeepers (Shilton, Seaman), he has also proven he can save a penalty during a key shoot-out and not get lobbed from about 300 yards out....sure I rate the other keepers on the list but come on for once give it up.....

Disagree, but even if that was the case I’d trust Pickford saving a penalty more than I’d trust Mykolenko saving that.

Can’t blame a keeper that’s hung out to dry by his defenders.

I dont think that tackle for the pen was too bad. Its a pen, but they wouldve scored anyway. The pen gave us a chance, and JP wasnt that far away from saving it. Lets hope we get a couple of goals in the second and all three points.

I can't understand the negativity around him. The defence were shocking for the penalty. He had to go for it.
