Been great for a calendar year, really like the lad and how he’s grown and matured when I’d completely written him off as not having the mentality to be a top keeper.
Was the nice to hear the travelling blues singing England’s number one to him as well as even though most us don’t care about the national team, he deserves to be sung about for the last year he’s had.

Wish the defence was as good every week. Only as good as what is in front of you I’m afraid. Like Rafael said post match, it’s up to the team to take on board what he says. Seems this group did, Starting to think young and hungry players wanting to impress and take onboard instructions… is better than a France international who’s unhappy with tactics which don’t play to his strengths… who would of thought it!!!

He's a brilliant keeper who could play and perform for any club. Probably our best keeper since Southall. He's improved a lot over the last 2 years.

This he had a year and a half year brain fart after the last work, but what ever Ancelotti did last Spring has seen his form pick up. I think his issues were psychological myself, holding composure, decision making etc.
