For me, that's a clincher. I always felt he wasn't anywhere near the standard we require if we're going to kick on. It's confirmed today. GKs are paid to get that big stuff right and he proved beyond doubt he doesn't have it.

It was a major blunder , but the slice on Van Dykes attempted shot got me .....over the bar and a goal kick the whistle goes.....

A keeper only has to make one mistake and it can cost a team a game - Pickford had one good save to make the fluky spinning ball undid him - if the ball let's say was out over the bar the liner would have stated it was in play ........
