If we're gonna go after Canadians, then there's no better player than one Dwayne De Rosario.

He'd help us in a flash.
 
His brother plays for Deportivo De La Coruña. De Guzman's that is, not De Rosario's. Pretty tidy DM imo. We could do a lot worse.
 
Ok rough translation from my dutch born girlfriend picking out the important bits...

"Everton are interested in securing the services of De Guzman. His agent seems to be saying that the player is looking for a move and that English clubs are good at buying players near the end of the transfer window. Feyenoord would be open to a transfer deal as they are looking to strengthen their squad in a few areas but the deal would have to be a good one for them to consider selling him.

De Guzman has been playing in the olympics and had a good tournament, altough not as good as maybe he would have liked and the expected queue of clubs chasing his signature hasn't materialised.

The article states that Moyes feels the player has a lot potential and that the club would have to dig deep to buy him... but also doubts we have the finances to prise him away.

Although he played at the olympics De Guzman is usually a member of the full International squad".

On a side note he's [Poor language removed] awesome on FM (thats my opinion, not part of the article :P)

Lol, boss. I have to admit to checking out players on FM when we're linked too. Er, so I don't know why I didn't just do that this time. :mellow:

Actually just did, He can play everywhere apart from Centre Back and in Goal. Total Football youth training eh?
