Go get yourself beat up. Or better yet, find medical help.

I despise ****s who wish harm on people on grounds of things like this. The guy wants a bigger paycheck and a chance to win something. And some f****ng idiot thinks that's good enough reason to hope he breaks his legs. Sick.
Completely agree with this. Its not his fault our club has zero cash and is run by a bunch of Eff wits.

Chairman Bill Kenwright has worked tirelessly to get the best deal for Everton, achieving a substantial increase on Manchester City's initial offer.

I still cant get over that claim. You just know the chimps on the OS were pissing themselves laughing when they knocked that line together.

Give bill a break will ye'!! He's such a good chairman an makes sure the manager gets everything he's needs to do his job....:dodgy:

Oh he stood in the boys pen dont you know!!!!

yeah, a chance to earn double a fortune, he wanted the contract when he signed it and 12 months down the line is so hard-up he wants a new one elsewhere.
there's a reason that contracts are in place and it is to protect both parties, if he'd got injured and been out for a while he'd still have wanted paying, thats his protection, ours is that he cant just walk out cos he feels like it.

Diddums...... get over it !

What a sorry mess football has become! Noone comes out of tthis deal with reputations enhanced.

I was trying to explain what had happened to my kids. In the end I told them that it's still ok to support the team and enjoy the game, but that sadly it's a dirty business where trust, honesty and integrity is a rare commodity.

Got the second part of his medical today, wouldnt it be funny if City said "Not willing to take you with those knees"

That would leave him in a very difficult decision with the world cup, and alot of groveling

Not going to happen but just had a little chuckle to myself

whats the point in selling now, the damage has been done. should have just said 24 mil 3 weeks ago and strenghtened the squad. god knows we wouldn't be bottom of the league again.
we need a centre half by thursday or it's bye bye europe this year and next.

Just to clarify about the fee for Lescott. £22M

It'll only rise to £24M with milestone's in Lescott's City career being reached.

I am really upset about this saga. I can understand Lescott wanting more money, don't we all? but the way this is progressed is awful. It has really, I mean really upset our season's start. Lescott has shown little feeling towards his "former" team mates and no doubt they feel aggreieved.

Moyes could have handled it better but so could the board by making it clear to city not for sale back in January when Hughes first started making noises. The board should also have told City at the time of the first offer, Lescott was not for sale under any circs.

But Hughes and City never Mind their protests of innocence have been using the media as a backdoor to get at Lescott. I do not think even if Everton do lodge a complaint the Premier league will take any action.

Bur time now for this thread to be consigned to bin.
