Manchester City zeroing in on Diego Forlan and Joleon Lescott - mirror.co.uk
£10.....million.......BAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Jolean has made the right noises so far, more than Johnson last year, but the story has legs and I expect taht City will make a bid, but I then expect both player and club to bat it into the dust.To make it stand out.

I don't - not if the reported £90,000 a week is true.
In fact, bollocks. We can hold Citeh to ransom. Villa did it to the RS so why cant we? We're in a better league position than Citeh, the player is contracted till 2012 or something, so we dictate how much the player is.
If Villa can bat back 15mill from the RS for a player with 1 year left on his cotnract, then we can do that for a player with 4 years left on his contract. End. Of.
I agree mate, £15m is jokingly low for a club with endless funds to splash. If they want him to build the defence around then they're going to have to shell out. Next year they're likely to be one of our main rivals so it doesn't make sense to sell to them unless they give us close to £30m!!
