Funny that, I've made a damson and sloe gin this year, be interesting to see if it works out but initial tastings look promising.
Very few I believe, and you're right, there's absolutely no reason why England can't produce a good single malt.
Lovely drop. Tad expensive - but it’s only their 2nd year of bottling. They’ve had to wait for 10 yrs for any return on their investment. The distillery is just up the road from me.

Its been a long time since I had a brandy on the shelf, this is fantastic:

So this stuff is weird:
Its a Canadian liqueur that aims to fuse eastern herbs with maple in a fusion stylee. Folk on TWE were raving about it and despite being fairly cheap its not often available to buy. It promises exotic flavours and a unique taste experience... and I suppose it does... its just that it tastes and smells like joss sticks, which is fine if you wanna drink something that tastes like a hippy chicks bedroom.
