I do think we may be lose to an announcement at this stage.

Moshiri has already been down this road already with 777 and TFG.

I think it likely the bones of the deal had already been sorted with those and when dealing with Textor it was not a deal being created from the start.

So I can assume from that , that we have passed the mulling , pondering and investigating stages of the negotiations

He’s proved that in making money for Usmanov and devising the plan to get him the money to “BUY” Everton
