What impact could it have on Everton other than Moshiri loses his shares he/we cannot benefit from due to the Sanctions regime?

None.

That impact happened when the club removed USM/Megafon as sponsors in 2022.

This is all happening in Russia and will have no impact here other than on Moshiri personally.

He's not exactly been putting money into Everton in the meantime has he?
