From what I've read last time, it means that they have additional access to our books and whatnot, so they can help formulate a deal.

It blocks other potential buyers so if Textor can't sell his shares or pulls out, it's more wasted time.

Well one thing is that he'll already know of the issues that caused TFG to withdraw. He'll know of the 777 involvement and he's still entered into a period of exclusivity.

Hopefully he sees the potential to take a risk and take the plunge. He's said some very complimentary things about us in recent times.
