I think you mean played over 40 times in all comps in a season where they won a domestic treble here BinFrandel

He contributed of course, but he didn't play in either of the cup finals or the last and most important part of the league. If he had we would have probably had the horror of seeing our unfrandly neighbours pick up the trophy they want most.

He is not powerful enough in the air and at the moment he is still making assists to opposition attackers.

If he can improve the former and cut out (or at least down to once every season) the latter he will be a fine player indeed.
