John Stones transfer saga

Yep blame Martinez for us having no money

I think we have money (we certainly bid for Ogbonna who went for over £8 million) I think the manager has been too lax in bringing in players that can seriously improve the side and now we have bids come in for our top players their seems to be a bad feeling around the club at the moment, which can certainly affect the start of our season (which is as tough as it is)

Martinez should have had the playmaker in asap, I think Rodgers is a blagger but he's gone out and got the players the Red Shyte need, whereas we are still plodding around side passing aimlessly in midfield with the champion of Arouna Kone as our striker should Rom get injured. It's not good enough upto now

You have no idea what Martinez has been doing in terms of working on signings. It doesn't matter if other clubs have made signings, we can't try to buy every player someone else goes for.
TBF mate, it's a valid point even if this Chelsea - Stones was never a story, we would be just over 2 weeks from the start of the season with only 2 experienced centre backs. All, even given that scenario, it would take was a injury, and we're left going into the season with a totally untested CB pairing. That's not acceptable in any circumstance, but given our opening 10 games it's bordering mismanagement.
