Always sad to see a true blue leave the club. Felt the same when Sheedy went in the summer and if, as I suspect, Unsworth goes next summer I will feel the same about him.

Absolutely nothing in Joe's statement to suggest anything untoward led to his decision. However you just get the feeling that there is a power struggle going on within the club, and I just hope it get's resolved sooner rather than later because it can't be doing any good.
 


He was going out monitoring the progress of players on loan. He would recommend to the manager/coach if they were ready for first team football. He knows more about our club than all of them clowns who run it put together

best off with his feet up and a cup of ovaltine............not sure he contributed much recently. Let him retire and be done with it. Lets not get over emotional over ex evertonians, they don't give a hoot about us.
