I love Joe Royle. As if there's anyone who doesn't......

My nan loved him as a player, let's face it we all love Joe Royle. In a nice bit of relief from worrying about Wednesday and Saturday's games, let's talk about Joe Royle in an attempt to foster some positivity.

If you don't love Joe Royle, lash yourself in the nearest bin.

Never knew him as a player, liked him as a manager, don't care for him as a pundit

That Derby when we were of form and he turned it around for us and we beat them 2-0

He was always my favourite player
I wanted to be Joe Royle
In fact I am, carry on

Set us back big time when Johno ballsed it all up with him.

Nearly cried when he left. He's one of us.

Would I have him now though? Not on your nelly, and that's not a slight on the big man.

We were in awful form when he departed, but I still think he could have turned it around. Food for thought maybe????

Me arl fella came hone from the pub on hearing the news he'd been sold . He visited my nephews school , whilst being the Everton boss , with a couple of young players . He asked Joe for his pen , so he could give it to "me grandad " . .."Is he a blue ? " ..."Yes he is " ..."Well there ya go , lad ". Made up , me dad :D
