After reading the Baines and Barkley interview I've a feeling it may be more down to personality rather than ability the reason why Koeman said no.
Both interviews, especially Baines mentions the dressing room harmony etc and Barkley about Bolasie settling straight in.

It should have been done on the same day that Cillesen signed for Barca and Bravo signed for City
I doubt us been us would have done it that quick, but i hope we still sign Hart myself,if not him, hopefully someone just as good etc,we need another keeper if we are been real, our keeper now i think was brought in as a number 2 to what should have been the new number 1 at the seasons start-hes done pretty well to be fiar as well, what happens if our current keeper gets injured and we have only Joel etc

Hart seems like a good guy & will be hugely motivated to prove Pep wrong. Its a deadline day deal though to get the best terms out of City.

The Mirror (I know, I know) apparently saying that Citeh are willing to pay 3/4 of Hart's wages to get him shipped out on loan. Got to be worth a punt if we only have to pay him £30K a week instead of £120K, surely?
