I doubt City particularly want shot of the multiple league winning keeper, but with their unlimited funds and world class super expensive team being the draw that it is, they can buy a bit better, possibly league and champions league winning keepers..
We however cannot and we are so far from a keeper of Harts quality that to not get him if it were even slightly possible would be an act of madness. I genuinely don't care about his form for England, his league form is really really impressive.

Because he doesn't fit Pep's mould of a 'sweeper keeper'. Little to do with his keeping ability.

But, we're not in the same position City are. Atm they are in a position where they can afford the best and need the best in the world.

We aren't, but Hart is a quality keeper who would improve us.
