Exactly. The same ones will be moaning g and complaining if we can't bring in a decent keeper. They think we can attract the world's best. We would do very very well to be a letter to get Hart even on loan.

He's had his chance to prove his worth at both Fulham and Southampton. I may be wrong and i haven't checked this out so please feel free to rip me a new one if i'm talking BS but Southampton's rise up the league last year was after Stek was dropped and Foster came back from injury? Didn't Stek concede 6 goals against that lot over the park too? He's a good goal keeper, he played well against Spurs and made 2 great reaction saves but he shouldn't be our No 1 unless we have no choice and it looks like we have a choice..... a really good choice and on friggin loan!
 

If Hart comes, Stek will be No.2. Experienced backup when needed (will probably get runouts in cup games)......and I'm afraid it's byebye to Robles. While Robles is a decent keeper, he never really got his chance stuck behind Howard and suffered for it.
 
You can have an opinion whether you rate him or not. I personally think he's had a dodgy couple of years after being one of the best in world ! but why not have him ?

It doesn't mean hes gonna play no matter how many mistakes he makes. If he doesn't make any then game on !

Where else can he go?

Not many sides need a keeper and unless he goes abroad we are about the only choice over here. He won't need to move either which will help us.
