Not saying spending all that money had them challenging for things right away mate, just more that some people think that City hardly spent anything when the sheikh first took over.

Wouldn't argue that point mate, just that some seem to be saying City hardly spent big money when the sheikh first came in, I was just pointing out they nearly spent £200m in 12 months.
