That is referring to this:

Hart may not have gone by then and although there were suggestions that Everton, regarded as the most likely club to take the 29-year-old on loan, had walked away from a potential deal, that is not understood to be the case. However, with the transfer window open until next Wednesday, Everton, are balking at the loan terms being indicated and want City to take up some of Hart’s £120,000-plus–a-week wages.

I still think we will end up signing hart, tomorrow or next week
Strikes me as a deadline day move tbh. Saves face somewhat for city as they didn't immediately boot him out the club but can say he took the chance for first team football

Same as kones deal, moyes special, sell him last minute and spend the money quickly on the deals he already lined up

Sure this will happen on two counts. Hart needs first team football to have any chance of retaining his England spot. Secondly there is no way city will allow hart to remain at the club on excessive wages as a third choice keeper and the possible disruptive influence that will cause. Everton playing hardball so either city contribute towards his wages or they waive his loan fee so we take up a higher percentage of the wages. Either way I can definitely see this happening. Lets hope he's joined by brahimi and Kone.
