why cant we sell him now for a fee. even if it's small,it's still a fee, whats the point in sending him out on loan and then letting him go for nothing. unless the club seriously feels the loan fee (if one) is higher than nay bid they'd expect

We'll be getting a loan fee anyway. Anyway Levski finished 3rd last season so hopefully he might get a few games in the Europa League under his belt, it might help him improve more.
...and no different to what we did with Drenthe.
The fee we can get from Levski (my favourite Bulgarian team, also "The People's Club") would be nominal, as they are a financially poor team.
