Oh so he didn't need surgery and then did extra damage and now needs it.

Makes sense and no need to jump on the medical staff for missing anything except maybe rushing clearing him for training.

We either made the wrong call on surgery, or rushed him back. Something has gone wrong somewhere, as well as us being unlucky.
