He looks like he's back to his best. Let's his and the team's early season form kept him under the radar from vultures and now that's he's approaching his best again team's have made alternative plans for the summer. Still can't help but feel he's the sacrificial lamb even though the new owners have and are able to spend money.

Carlo you can have him, let’s say…

Interesting. Not sure what is sad about a factual statement. Enlighten me.

In the meantime remind me how many goals isak scored against Man City last week
It's not the factual statement. It's more the fact you remembered a tongue in cheek post from a few days early which clearly damaged your ego in some way and felt the need for a I told you so post. Maybe you have nothing better to do.

he’s staying. we don’t need to sell

moyes is an attraction and i think our current players see it

and our new ones will

JB will atleast give us one more
100%, we do not want to break up what is the spine of our defense. We have three great center backs with O’Brien able to cover. Moving forward Branthwaite and O’Brien could be the starting pair for years to come. We should only sell if we are offered stupid money. Carlo may indeed test us with that. We’ll have money to spend and plenty of wages freed up. Could be an exciting summer.

This summer with PSR I think it’s only the clubs I mention can prob do it at something like £70 milll.

It’s really only Chelsea that wouldn’t be a PR disaster for TFG.
Surely there is no need to sell him?

10 players will leave most of them on huge wages, new stadium, larger revenues, proper purchases.

Build the team around him if he wants to stay.

I’d like to think he’s at the club for a few more years mate.

But there will be a number and a strategy in place if it happens.

Even with all of the above it wouldn’t surprise me if we have PSR work to do before June 30th.

Be surprised if Real dropped £70 mill GBP on a centre half mate.

Their style is to tap up a player a year before their contract runs down and get them for little or nothing or free.
Agree.

Can't see them paying £70m+ on a CB none of their supporters have heard of, Carlo's always on borrowed time there as well, regardless of how many trophies they win.
