We certainly should have raised our sights based on last year, unfortunately Dyche sees it differently.

Because you're basically saying that he's gone

Friedkins aren't stupid and know already that he's critical to be retained by the club

They also have the money and resources to make it happen. The "wherewithal"

We are also at BMD next season

So don't presume what has gone before will what will be going forward

Anyone with a bit of sense knew were just waiting for Branthers to get back into the CD with Tarkowski.

As good as he is, I think we can hack it with Tarkowski, O'Brien, Keane and even Holgate.

At 2-1 & despite all recent evidence felt 100% confident we at least wouldn’t lose with Branthwaite back in the defence.

Just improves everyone else’s game. Tarks took more decisive positions & covered RB better which helped Young.

Myko had a much better all round game. Maybe he’s shaken the knock we’ve suspected he had, but the confidence difference showed in the passes he played & the positions he got into too.

We’re going to have to spend a good chunk of any fee to get even close to as good a replacement.
