He's never said a word out of line, always keeps his counsel. We've 3 years left including an option. It would take a bid of £100m imo for us to sell him this summer and there has been absolutely no hint from either Jarrad or the club in this respect.

In terms of value for money and capitalising on him then it may well be as cost effective to allow him to run the contract down and build a team with him at its base for the next 3 seasons.

Selling him now means having to somehow replace him along with at least 5 key positions.

Given the recent centre half transfers of Fofana, Maguire etc, he's definitely worth over 70m

Chelsea and United set the market in the past few years. The top clubs can't now expect the fees for top young English players to be lower.
