For whatever reason, there seems to be a lot less external attention on him this season compared to last.
It's an issue if he feels he won't progress by staying here, and of course if he moved upwards he would probably be an automatic squad inclusion, but I don't think we're there and his value to us not maximised.

Tuchel is a very very overrated manager, Money being in there sends all the wrong signals, but then tuchel is just here for a payday himself
