I think it’d be very sad if he went. Very sad and - in my view - misguided. If he did, however, we’d get a chunky fee and must remember to concentrate on the bigger picture. We’re no longer skint, scrabbling around for pennies and favours. We can buy replacements.

Seeing a massively talented homegrown lad play for us, and play well, isn’t all we have to cling to anymore. It’s great, of course… but our trajectory now is up, regardless of what Jarrad decides to do.

He’d be stupid to go to Utd, be a graveyard for him right now. Another season at Everton, new ground so the team will get a lot of exposure, get in the England squad and go the World Cup and he will then have his pick id imagine.
Didn’t they purchase two pretty expensive young defenders all ready as well?. Seems very unlikely to me.

Have you been living under a rock mert
Are you believing the sob stories that Ratman at United is spinning??

Manchester United's revenue for the full year 2023-24 reached a record £661.8 million, driven by strong commercial and matchday revenues, but the club still posted a net loss of £113.2 million.

"skint" them.

They are in a hell of a lot to of debt though, including owing around £300 million in unpaid transfer fees. Yes they not skint but they are hardly flush.

First priority try to strike a deal. If he agrees to sign with the intent that somebody pays our price, you honor that deal. The only clubs I can see offering the money and being on his radar probably will not. If it's United again, they really don't have much leverage anymore. Their chance has gone imo and they don't have enough to entice Branners anymore. Their brand is in the bin atm

Hearing a rumour (probably BS) that he's agreed a £175,000 a week contract with Man Utd
They’re probably subbing it with a grant from the government. Seriously if that has happened (and we know it does) I’d report them like Southampton did with the RS when they approached Van Dijk ….it cost them £75m in the end
